The Saint Monica University System (SMUS) is a premier American-style educational network committed to providing transformative, technology-driven, and globally relevant education across Africa. SMUI is the flagship institution of the Saint Monica University System. Located at the foot of Mount Cameroon in the vibrant city of Buea, SMUI offers a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. The institution is recognized for its rigorous academics, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to practical, global education.
IPS University Institute is a dynamic and fast-growing academic institution offering career-focused programs designed to meet the skills and workforce needs of Cameroon and beyond. IPS emphasizes technical competence, practical training, and ethical leadership in fields such as business, education, health sciences, and engineering.
AHIT stands at the forefront of technological and scientific innovation in higher education. Located in Cameroon’s capital, AHIT offers advanced programs in engineering, information technology, health sciences, and applied research. AHIT aims to develop Africa’s next generation of tech-savvy professionals, scientists, and researchers.
AIT brings SMUS’s transformative educational model to Sierra Leone, offering programs that balance theoretical learning with hands-on experience. AIT is dedicated to empowering students in the fields of technology, business, health sciences, and hospitality through accessible and globally oriented academic pathways.
Students of Saint Monica University (SMU) as well as interested members of the public can earn membership or fellowship of these professional societies and become certified in relevant areas of specialization.
One must become a member of any of these societies before becoming certified. Membership fees for each of these professional societies is $100.00. The cost of earning each certification is $200.00 and you have to pay before taking the certification examination. Only certified members can be elected as fellows and the fee for fellowship is $500.00.
